We take a full brief of your vacancy, finalise the job specification, agree on TOB’s, and Opta to send across client engagement pack including an agreed list of target companies.
Go-To-Market
Our expert consultants map out the entire talent pool, based on your specific requirements, and engage with 75-150 suitable candidates per role. We use a blend of our existing networking, proactive searching, referrals, and advertising.
Screening / Opta Interviews
Opta Search will perform the full initial screening stage, interviewing all relevant and interested candidates, gaining an insight to their professional and personal suitability for the roles requirements.
Reporting
Throughout our typical 4-8 week process we will update the hiring team on our progress, challenges, and any adaptations needed to the role requirements.
Shortlist Submitted
Submission of 4-6 high-level profiles that accurately match your requirements in an Opta Search shortlist report.
Client Interview Stages & Process Management
Our client will select shortlisted candidates to take them through their own interview process, with the full support of Opta. We will coordinate all meetings, maintain candidate engagement, and will consistently pre-close candidates to optimise the chances of candidate acceptance.
Offer Management & Acceptance
Navigating this pivotal stage requires significant attention to guarantee a favorable outcome for all parties. We continuously address the candidate’s salary and package expectations throughout the process, allowing for complete transparency, and ensuring no roadblocks are discovered during the negotiation phase.
Post Acceptance & On-Boarding
As we prioritise building long-lasting relationships, guaranteeing a successful start date and an enduring placement is paramount. Opta Search will maintain contact with both the client and candidate to ensure a seamless onboarding process and maintain contact for several months after the start date.
